How is everyone this summer? I hope that you are enjoying the sun and warmer temperatures although please keep cool and hydrate out there!
Summer in the Midwest is bees buzzing, crickets singing, prairie flowers and sky-high wild grasses swaying in the breeze. I have captured beautiful shots of Morton Arboretum, (thanks to all the people saying hi when I am there!) It is a beautiful treasure trove of trees and nature. If you are local and never been to the arboretum or visiting the area, make sure you make a trip, you won't’ be disappointed.
A wonderful thing about living in the Midwest is that there are changes in the season, changes in the look of the landscape, I don’t have to travel very far to capture gorgeous landscapes. I am planning a couple of little trips in the surrounding area so that I might capture the fall colors in all their glory.
Looking ahead for the holidays, starting with Halloween, my favorite time of the year, new prints will be available as well as some new notecards and gift wrap! My calendar will also be available to purchase online earlier this year based on feedback from you.
