Autumn Colors and Halloween This Week

Hello Beautiful People!

Autumn in the Midwest has launched, earlier in the month, there were some early bright reds and golds then fading off into the bright yellow-gold hues.  Rainfall has been sparse here so this year the leaves will fall off or the wind will blow off the leaves on the trees prior to maximum color.

However, there are still lovely hues and colors spicing up the car drive into a kaleidoscope of beauty, the woodland hike achieving grandiosity and in the neighborhood, a stroll viewing the old growth trees on the peaceful tree-lined streets becomes a sure delight.

In my new gallery, The Joy of Autumn 2024, I present some of the autumnal scenes I encountered and was inspired by.

We also have Halloween this week, many of the children trick-or-treating this past weekend but for us super-duper Halloween fans, the holiday is meant to be celebrated the day of.

In honor of Halloween, I will defer to the Pumpkin Queen, celebrating the spooky, scary and macabre!

Remember to smile at the camera and keep being the beautiful person that you are!

Boo!
