Happy Holidays JillJensenPhoto Beautiful People!

Here we are at the end of the year and celebrating the holidays!  Time flies, doesn’t it? Amid all the bustle and hustle, I try to get out in the great outdoors and keep it simple.  Recently snow fell in the area, and I bundled up and braved the snow to get some snowy photos!

The wind was blowing the snow off the tree branches and stirring it up good in the clearings when I was taking the photos and my lens was frosting up and so I was about to leave when all of sudden the winds died down and the sun peeked through the clouds.  (Yes, Virginia there is a Santa Claus!) and I was able to take some nice photos.  Afterwards, I felt the euphoria one feels being out in the fresh cold air and snow and yes, jonesing for hot cocoa.

I hope this time of year doesn’t find you lonely or sad, if you are, a walk in nature can ease that feeling so take some time to venture out in nature and hear the birds sing, the squirrels as well as the chipmunks scaring you to death rustling about unseen in the fallen leaves. Hopefully that was all that rustling was about.

My wish for my beautiful people at this time of year is to keep being the beautiful people that you all are and head into 2025 with joy for living in your heart.
